I have a passion for fitness and am a keen marathon runner. This year I also competed in the UK National Bikram Yoga Asana Championships.
I have a passion for fitness, health and well-being. My first love is sport, been involved on all levels from competing to coaching in different range of sports. I have been in fitness professional industry for over 7 years. As a firm believer in empowerment through movement and balance, I was drawn to the art of Pilates. By experiencing first hand both the injury prevention and rehabilitation benefits, as well the strengthening and sculpting benefits, I can help improve posture, muscle tone, balance and joint mobility, as well as relieve stress and tension. Using in-depth knowledge and understanding of the human body, I’ve developed a system of training techniques to elicit effective strength, muscular size/definition and weight management adaptations. Having worked with people of all ages in both sporting and non-sporting environments, I am able to identify a wide range of dysfunctions, both acute and chronic.
