Our indoor bootcamp class blends cardio and strength for a full-body challenge, offering a fast-paced circuit designed to boost endurance, build power, and keep you motivated from start to finish.
Our expert class instructors are qualified professionals who ensure a supportive environment for your training. Throughout this strength training class, they will show you how to develop the techniques needed and push you to reach your overall fitness goals.
Our fitness rooms host over 40 classes a week. The Richmond club facilities cover 6,500 square feet, where we offer multiple exercise rooms, including a free weights area, a cardio & resistance training room and a stretching area. Then you can rest from your workout with a relaxing steam in our Finnish sauna.

Bootcamp classes come in different forms, but they are almost always high-intensity strength and conditioning classes. Focusing on functional movements to support cardiovascular health and build strength. Our class at Richmond Hill Health Club is an energising, indoor bootcamp that blends cardio and strength training to challenge the whole body. During this class, you will rotate through treadmill runs, SkiErg sprints, rowing intervals, and bike pushes, with functional weight exercises on the gym floor. This fast-paced circuit is designed to boost endurance, build muscle, and keep you motivated from start to finish.
Bootcamp is energetic and fast-paced, so it is a great class for burning calories and supporting a weight loss journey through body conditioning exercises.
All of our classes are adapted to suit all fitness abilities. Our instructors will guide you through the workouts, ensuring safety while providing the best workout for your body
Bootcamp is designed as a strength class to target all of the important muscle groups and cardio fitness. These exercises include weight exercises (lifts, push-ups, squats, etc), sprints, rowing intervals and bike pushes.
All the required equipment will be provided during the session; you may want to bring your own towel and water bottle.

Exercises are performed standing, seated and lying down with emphasis on alignment and posterior lateral breathing whilst executing the moves. These will initially be performed with the instructor on a timed sequence to create the flow and then at your own pace under guidance.
This class is a great way to begin your yoga journey. It is designed to break down essential elements of the yoga practice, step by step. During the practice you will find both relaxation and strength as you move in the mat through different asanas (postures) linking your movements with your breath. Opening the body and calming the mind.
These classes are fast-paced sessions where groups ride stationary bikes to the beat. They are led by an instructor who directs different speeds and altitudes to simulate tough climbs and adrenaline-fuelled sprints through terrain and route challenges.
