  • Absolutely, each of our trainers works with people of all fitness levels and is dedicated to helping you achieve your fitness goal, regardless of your experience.

  • There are many benefits of getting personal training, the most notable of which would be a personalised fitness plan created for you and an onlooker to correct form and posture, reducing injury and boosting progress.

  • This depends on your fitness goals, weight loss, toning, conditioning, building, etc., all of which take different approaches. Your personal trainer will curate a plan with you to reach your goals in a timeframe decided together.

  • We are only an 8-minute walk from Richmond Station for those from outside of Richmond centre. We also have an on-site carpark that is open to members. 

  • Please get in touch with the gym here, and we will pass your information to our personal trainers, who will get in contact with you.
