  • Absolutely! The class may be high-energy and intense, but there are no unnecessarily complex exercises involved, and all it takes is a kettlebell and your body. It also encourages natural movements and improvements to mobility, posture and general strength, perfect for the normal day-to-day.

  • There’s no need to bring anything to classes as our fitness studio is fully equipped; you may bring a water bottle if needed.

  • For some, fitness isn’t all about bodybuilding. Functional training is a method of strength training using the whole body in a way that simulates everyday movements and can make our daily routines easier through strengthening the whole body. Acts like getting out of the car, getting up off the floor or carrying the shopping can be made significantly easier through functional fitness.

  • This class is designed to work out the full body through light weights in a non-stop routine. With each of the natural movements and the blood pumping, it is great for opening up the body and enhancing strength.

  • You will work up a sweat throughout this class. The more you raise your heart rate, the more calories you will burn, and working out alongside other gym-goers motivates you even more with peer accountability.
