Ultimate Athlete Challenge
At Richmond Hill Health Club, we love a challenge. It’s a great way to motivate one another and bring in a bit of healthy competition into the mix, helping us all move closer to our fitness goals. This April-May, we’re inviting our members to take on the Ultimate Athlete Challenge.
The Challenge involves four levels of fitness, each designed to test a different aspect of your training and gym experience. From exploring all the cardio equipment and building strength in the weights area, to learning more about the science behind fitness and getting involved in the club’s community spirit, every stage offers something new. Each step is divided into two levels, giving everyone a fair chance to progress and take part.
Once you reach the finish line and complete every stage of the Ultimate Athlete Challenge, you’ll be entered into a draw to win a free month’s membership. So, set your goals, stay consistent, and support one another as you push your limits throughout the month.
