From high-intensity HIIT classes and Body Pump sessions to more gentle yoga flows, every class takes place in our spacious fitness studios. The studios are well-equipped with mats, benches, and weights for full-body workouts, and the latest Technogym bikes for spin classes.
Our yoga classes offer the perfect balance of movement and breathing, strength, and relaxation. Whether you prefer the mindful pace of Hatha Flow, the dynamic sequences of Vinyasa, or the energetic challenge of Rocket Yoga for improved flexibility, core stability and more, you can do it here at Richmond Hill Health Club.
Our beginner-friendly Body Pump classes at Richmond Hill Health Club are 60-minute LES MILLS original barbell classes that challenge you to sculpt, tone and strengthen the entire body. See fast results as you get in shape and build muscle in a fun, high-tempo group session.
