Richmond Hill Health Club offers the only spin class in the heart of Richmond town centre, and we’ve been supporting the community’s well-being journey for over 40 years. Our energising indoor cycling sessions take place in one of our large fitness studios, using Technogym bikes for the best cycling performance. Each week brings a new class programme, featuring challenging hill climbs, buzzing interval stages, and adrenaline-pumped sprints.
We have a team of qualified professionals delivering our spin class. They provide a supportive and upbeat environment for you to train. Throughout this class, we will offer guidance and inspire you to push yourself to meet your spinning potential.
Our studios and gym at the Richmond club cover 6,500 square feet, where we provide a free weights area, a cardio & resistance training room and a stretching area. At the end of your spin class, you can take a break in our Finnish sauna.
Our spin classes are closely tailored to your needs to ensure you get the most out of your cycle. It works on the rate of perceived exertion (RPE). By using RPE, everyone in the class can work at their own pace and intensity. We shake things up each week, with different class programs to target full body, abs, legs or endurance-focused workouts.

They are led by an instructor who directs different speeds and altitudes to simulate tough climbs and adrenaline-fuelled sprints through terrain and route challenges. We aim to tailor classes to all fitness levels. If you are interested in more low-impact classes like cycling, check out our pilates and yoga classes.
Our studio is fully equipped with Technogym bikes and invigorating spin programmes. You may want to bring plenty of water and a towel, but leave the rest to us.

Foundation Yoga is one of four yoga classes available at Richmond Hill Health Club. Our centre is just a 10-minute walk from Richmond Station, and we have a car park open to members. This class is a great way to begin your yoga journey, designed to break down the essential elements of yoga step by step.
Exercises are performed standing, seated and lying down with emphasis on alignment and posterior lateral breathing whilst executing the moves. These will initially be performed with the instructor on a timed sequence to create the flow and then at your own pace under guidance.
