Yoga Foundation – a beginner-friendly class focused on improving flexibility, balance, mobility and wellbeing.
Rocket Yoga – a dynamic and energetic style of yoga that builds strength, flexibility and confidence through flowing sequences and challenging postures.
Pilates – a low-impact workout designed to strengthen the core, improve posture, increase flexibility and enhance body awareness.
Spin – an indoor cycling class that provides an effective cardiovascular workout, helping to improve endurance, stamina and overall fitness.
HIIT – short bursts of intense exercise with recovery periods to maximise calorie burn and improve cardiovascular fitness.
Kettlebells – a full-body strength and conditioning workout that uses kettlebell exercises to develop power, coordination, endurance and functional fitness.
